Health Service Opened in Kramatjati Market

East Jakarta Health Sub-Department is officially opening free healthcare service at Kramatjati Market, Thursday (10/29).

This healthcare service is much needed by people, including those who have activity in Kramat Jati Central Market

Assistant of Welfare Society for Jakarta City Secretary, Fatahillah disclosed the healthcare service that uses jemput bola (officers to take the initiative to visit residents) is very effective. This breakthrough gets an appreciation from Jakarta Governor, Basuki 'Ahok T Purnama.

"This healthcare service is much needed by people, including those who have activity in Kramat Jati Central Market," stated he stated.

According to him, with jemput bola system, people health can be further monitored. Moreover, it also involves the Healthcare and Social Security Agency (BPJS).

Head of East Jakarta Health Sub-Department, Iwan Kurniawan added temporarily, the service opens three times a week, from at 7.30 AM-4 PM.

"The service is like in puskesmas. Every patient will be given free medicine. We provide one doctor, one nurse, one midwife, and one pharmacist," he expressed.
