Three in One Jockeys in Senayan Rampant

The application of three in one system to control number of cars entering protocol roads seems less effective. As until now, many three in one jockeys are still offering their service on protocol road entrance points.

Beritajakarta.com observation, Monday (11/2), such condition is still seen on Jalan Pintu 1 Gelora Bung Karno (GBK), Senayan, Central Jakarta. Teens of jockeys form a row on sidewalk to offer their service since 7 AM until 9.30 AM.

Leo (62), one of taxi drivers, told that jockey controlling in the area is barely held. So that there are still car riders use the service. "It's been so long not being controlled, once it's held at day instead," he complained.

Anticipating Jockey 3 in 1, Satpol PP Officers Dispatched

Meanwhile, Chief of Central Jakarta Satpol PP, Yadi Rusmayadi claimed that there are still many jockeys found on the location. It was because his institute has priority scale in charge. While the number of personnel is limited.

"Ideally, it needs 2,000 personnel in Central Jakarta but we only have 800 personnel. We can't control the jockeys fully," he explained.
