Monitoring of Fictitious E-Kinerja Tightened

Seribu Islands Administration keeps monitoring the staffs' performance. If there are staffs found inputting fictitious performance report on e-kinerja, they will be sanctioned.

For sub-department and division heads, don't validate e-kinerja of your subordinates which is fictitious and incorrect, if you don't want to be regarded protecting

"The monitoring is by checking directly to each existing unit. If there is fictitious report found, it will be dealt," said Seribu Islands Secretary, Ismer Harahap, Tuesday (11/3).

Harahap who spoke in the executive meeting along with division and Regional Working Unit (SKPD) heads, instructed them to do monitoring and reporting of their subordinates.

"For sub-department and division heads, don't validate e-kinerja of your subordinates which is fictitious and incorrect, if you don't want to be regarded protecting," he asserted.
