About 12 new integrated flats will be built in the capital city in the upcoming 2016. 2 out of them will be built by Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing.

The other locations that will have the integrated flat are Grogol, Tanah Abang Block G, as well as Serdang Markets. The concept itself is equipped with traditional market on the ground floor and healtcare facility.
According to him, the concept used to solve the limitation of land and eliminate slums. According to schedule, local citizens living in slums would get the flat unit. "The market on the third and fourth floor will remain crowded, because there is a dwelling above the market," he described.
Beside that, Ahok intends to build a folk market equipped with a parking lot. Thus it can be useful for park and ride, either motorcycle or car. "I want above the market has a parking lot, especially for motorcycle. In future, it should be complete thus the occupant can entrust their vehicle here and then ride public transport," he expressed.
Director of PD Pasar Jaya, Luthfu Rachman disclosed that there are three concepts, namely modern, folk, and integrated markets. For traditional and modern concept, is designated to seek potential and can boost contribution in local revenue (PAD).
"It will be conceptualized in Bendungan Hilir and Jembatan Merah Markets in Central Jakarta and Block A Fatmawati Market in South Jakarta," he stated.
As for the folk concept, will be existed in middle of densely populated areas to meet the people needs over food. The city administration allocates fund of Government Capital Contribution (PMP), where partially allocated to build 10 folk markets as an effort to accelerate and revitalize the market.
