Central Jakarta Administration is optimistic to absorb tax revenue by Rp 1.8 trillion in the upcoming December.

Central Jakarta Tax Service Sub-Department Head, Arif Susilo disclosed at this time, the tax revenue by Rp 1.5 trillion has reached, and is hoped could hit target by Rp 1.8 trillion.

"We're optimistic able to meet target, that's why tax charging keeps being done. We also send circulation letter regarding tax payment," he expressed, Tuesday (11/3).

According to him, the city needs over tax revenue is very high. For the arrears will be given reprimand until forced letter in accordance with Law No.19/2000 on tax charging.

"We have a team to charge tax. The appeal letter that we give is hoped to motivate the taxpayers to pay off tax," he expected.
