Based on Beritajakarta.com observations, like in RW 07 of Kelapa Dua Urban Village, along the river flow is shallowing and full of deltas covered with grasses.

" The river now is shallowing and not being dredged until this time. Whereas the rainy season is coming ," said Bambang (45), one of the residents, Monday (11/9).

Meanwhile Joni, a resident of RW 01 acknowledged, the residents have proposed the dredging to urban village or sub-district.

"But, residents got an information that the river is the authority of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, not City Administration," he finished.
