Army Ready to Assist City About Flood Problem

The sinergy of three pilars in Jakarta from city from city to province level keeps being intensified. Moreover, especially for rainy season anticipation, which usually cause flooding at some points in the city.

“ Last December, we had tried doing our best. That is by assisting the Ciliwung River ,” said Lt. Col. Infantry M Asmi, West Jakarta Military District Command (Dandim) 0503 after attending Heroes Day celebration on courtyard of West Jakarta office, Tuesday (11/10).

Asmi assessed Jakarta cleanliness is also responsibility of all parties. “We give understanding to West Jakarta residents about importance of discipline lifestyle and not littering carelessly,” he told.

Flood in Kampung Pulo Began to Drown Out

He added, his party is always ready to assist city administration in tackling flood. “We are also on alert in case flood suddenly happen. We prepare every possibility that can be happened,” he disclosed.
