South Jakarta Mayor, Tri Kurniadi observed water pump house in some locations. It was purposed to ensure the readiness of the pump machine for handling puddles when rainy season.

I'm optimistic flood and p uddles could be handled

Those pump houses observed were in Pulo, Petogogan, Kebayoran Baru, and Kebon Baru Urban Village, Tebet.

"We're observing the readiness of the existing diesel fuel and machine as flood anticipation," he stated, Wednesday (11/4).

He added that puddles anticipation keeps being conducted by the government including cleaning channel, repairing pump machine, until making absorption wells.

"By observing and dredging river everyday, I'm optimistic flood and puddles could be handled. They will be receding less than 2 hours," he uttered.
