46 Semi-Permanent Buildings in Pluit Dam Demolished

A number of 46 semi-permanent buildings stood atop inspection road of Pluit Dam, RT 17/17, Muara Baru Urban Village, Penjaringan, North Jakarta were demolished by Satpol PP officer, Monday (11/16).

We demolished 46 buildings today. From 200 buildings, 114 of them already been demolished

Penjaringan Sub-District Head, Yani Wahyu Purwoko acknowledged the demolishment is an advanced projection.

“ We demolished 46 buildings today. From 200 buildings, 114 of them already been demolished ,” he told.

Basuki: Jakarta Gears Up to Face Flood

As planned, he continued, the remaining of 20 buildings will be demolished in the near future. It aims to smoothen the import-export access in Muara Baru Port.

Meanwhile, dozens of households will be relocated to Muara Baru Flat.

“They will be placed on the ground floor of Muara Baru Flat for temporary. I think, they will be don’t mind, as long as the government made them the new one,” he expressed.
