Earlier, licensing processing was complicated than this year

As acknowledged by Rohimat (32), a resident of Rawamangun, Pulogadung, East Jakarta. He said, the licensing service in Jakarta becomes more quickly through One-Stop Services Agency (BPTSP).

"Earlier, licensing processing was complicated than this year," he admitted, when being interviewed at Jakarta BPTSP office, City Hall, Thursday (11/19).

He continued, before Ahok formed PTSP, service should be processed to department and sub-department offices. But now, it is simple, citizen only do it at the nearest PTSP offices.

"Surely, it is really wasting time you know," he stressed.

Even, it was also dirtied with illegal levies and lack of clarity on its processing.

Similar statement also came out from Putera (28) , a citizen of Pengadegan, Kalibata, South Jakarta. According to him, Ahok's commitment to abolish broker and illegal levy is quite successful.

"We already feel serviced," he exclaimed.

He added that Ahok style in leading Jakarta to deservedly be imitated by other leaders in the country.

"If all the leaders like Mr. Ahok, I'm sure people will prosper. Because its programs can be felt by the citizens directly," he finished.
