Basuki Nilai SKPD Belum Mengerti Skala Prioritas

Basuki Wants SKPDs to Make Priority Scale of Budget

Jakarta Governor, Basuki 'Ahok' T Purnama assessed the regional working unit (SKPD) does not yet about priority scale in determining budget. It can be seen from 2016 budget.

In compiling the budget, I think you do not understand the priority scale

According to him, there are many useless activities, as compared with service improvement to the people. "In compiling the budget, I think you do not understand the priority scale," he said, at City Hall, Wednesday (11/18).

Supposedly, he continued, every SKPD makes priority scale in stages. If the budget is insufficient, the latest activity will be crossed out.

Some SKPDs Still Do Not Know Priority Scale of Budget

"Previously, if the money is less, all SKPDs cut it up to 10-20 percent. This is not performance-based definition, but it should be set by priority scale from 1-20-30," he described.

He disclosed, SKPD began to change in making the priority scale. But they do not understand fully. That is why, useless activity is still found.

He also highlighted on the purchase of land. Negotiation with landowners can be done from the beginning. Thus it does not need to wait for budget ratification.

"That's all the auction process should be kept in the initial budget. If you buy the land, you can do negotiation first. Afterwards, you will receive money from it," he exclaimed.
