Tourism and Culture Programs of North Jakarta Not Being Cut

Despite of budget efficiency in Jakarta Tourism and Culture Department, it is not impacted on programs in North Jakarta. Next year the area is ascertained still holding 26 programs related to tourism and cultures.

"Not yet. There is no program cut but the budget is minimized," said Head of North Jakarta Tourism and Cultures Department, Suwarto, after attending the event of Abang None Jakarta Utara Comedy at Jalan Boulevard Kelapa Gading Blok M, Kelapa Gading, Thursday (11/26).

He told that the programs are predicted to spend budget amounted to Rp 5 billion.

However he is optimistic that each event will not experience diminishing quality. "Because we work not to think about it. The performance should be maximal. I'm sure there are still many residents would like contribute something if we're lacking," he disclosed.
