PT Transjakarta to Open New Route Towards Station

PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) is planning to open new route that will pass through electric train’s station this December.

This new route will be
functioned as passenger service (feeder) at stations that have not been served by
Transjakarta bus.
Antonius NS Kosasih,
President Director of PT Transportasi Jakarta stated there are two stations
namely Tanah Abang and Tebet will be passed by Transjakarta bus later.
“We’re working on it,
hopefully it will be realized this December,” he uttered when get contacted,
Tuesday (12/1).
Kosasih explained
there will be 300 medium fleets to be served passenger at station.
“We cooperate with Jakarta
Transportation Cooperative (Kopaja) for its procurement,” he explained.
Since no administrative regulation, Kosasih seems to have finalize Gubernatorial
Regulation (Pergub) first to start the operation.
“We have to comply administrative regulation
first,” he remarked.
