2016, UKPD Demanded to Speed Up Auction Process

The regional working unit (UKPD) was asked to speed up the auction process in 2016 after the City Budget (APBD) is ratified by Legislative City Council (DPRD).
To realize well, there must be coordination with ULP
"If the APBD is ratified, the UKPD must immediately propose Public Procurement Plan (RUP), but not at the end of the year," said Secretary of Central Jakarta, Zainal, Friday (12/4).

"All must be planned, ranging from clear work packet, when the auction begins, work execution and project handover," he stated.
He added that it is because from report, there is still UKPD proposed process of activity planning to ULP. Whereas, according to the time, it is impossible because work process was been listed in December.
"To realize well, there must be coordination with ULP. Then for incomplete document, please fix it," he uttered.
