In a bid to anticipate flood, North Jakarta Administration has prepared 40 tons of rice.

From the total tons of rice, 5 tons of rice have been prepared in disaster post that located in North Jakarta Mayor office. The remaining of 35 tons are
stored in Bulog warehouse.Flood Posts in West Jakarta Intensified“There is standard operating procedures (SOP) for its distribution in case of emergency condition which will automatically distribute to flood post,” he expressed.
Other aid also prepared in a form of blanket, clothes, school uniform, tents, rubber boat, drugs, foods and 1,000 trained cadres.
“Rain season is predicted will hit in mid January to February 2016. We’re ready to face flood,” he asserted.
