The solution to close down railway crossings in Jakarta seems to face obstacle. Overpass crossings is deemed as the perfect solution at all.

Jakarta Governor, Basuki Ahok” T. Purnama stated there are 1,000 illegal crossings and 100 legal crossings exist in Jakarta.
“It's difficult which solution we take,” he remarked at City Hall, Tuesday (12/8).

“The plan was supposed to be realized from long time ago, there are no choice except build overpass crossing,” he expressed.
“The condition was getting worse as road user’s bad habit who are breaking through crossing cannot be changed,” he finished.
