Basuki Asserted KJP Can't Be Withdrawn Cash

Jakarta Governor, Basuki 'Ahok' Tjahaja Purnama reassured that Jakarta Smart Card cannot be used carelessly. Because the system has been made to be right on target.

I'm suspicious that the shop did not cut by 10 percent

After participating in Jakarta Legislative Council (DPRD)'s Budgetary Body (Banggar) meeting, Ahok was suddenly confronted by two residents reporting about KJP usage. Both of them claimed that their KJP was cut up to 10 percent by a shop.

But after being interrogated further, they said that they were about to withdraw cash before expending it. "I'm suspicious that the shop did not cut by 10 percent. When I asked, it's revealed. They're like a thief, asking the shop not to buy yet wanted to have the cash instead," he explained, Thursday (12/10).

City Allocated 2016 KJP Fund by Rp 2.5 T

KJP can only be used for school stuffs. It cannot be disbursed in cash. "If they asked for the cash, the shop's clerk also asked 10 percent of the fund as they knew the KJP holder were a thief," he asserted.

He claimed will take firm action to those unruly residents or shop owners. As in Indonesia. ATM system cannot be locked.

"System in Indonesia ATM cannot be locked. Because there is unruly shop that let people don't buy yet withdraw cash instead," he uttered.
