"They said have processed the permit but in fact they haven't. |Hence, they will keep being raided. Until the end of 2015, there have been 50 Uber Taxis grounded in Pulo Gebang," said Head of Jakarta Transportation Department, Andri Yansyah , Friday (12/11).

Yansyah told, as long as Uber still cooperate with private car, they are still illegal. The requirements that should be fulfilled are have legal protection, cooperate with legal rental, the vehicles must be KIR tested and pay tax.

"The requirements have been conveyed since 3-4 months ago. But, until now, they are still not processing it," he closed.
