A liquor trader who opens the stall in front of Taman Ismail Marzuki (TIM) entrance, Jalan Cikini Raya, Menteng, Central Jakarta was arrested by police, Monday (12/14).
The perpetrator named Sapi'i (27) is secured right away
Head of Public Relation Sub-Division for Central Jakarta Metro Resort Police, Sr. Comr. Suyatno stated the arrest is done because of information from local residents who are worried with the trader action pretending as herbal trader.
"The perpetrator named Sapi'i (27) is secured right away," he stated, Monday (12/14).
344 Liquor Bottles Confiscated in N. JakartaAccording to Suyatno, there were 33 bottles of liquor from various brands found during the searching in the location. The perperator and the evidence then brought to Menteng Sector Police, Central Jakarta.
"The perpetrator sold it with plastic packages to make it inconspicuous. The raid is also anticipation ahead of Christmas and New Year to be conducive," he said.
