Until This Mid-December, 2015 APBD Absorption Touched 62.5 Percent

Until this mid-December,  Jakarta Provincial Government has absorbed 2015 City Budget (APBD) has reached 62.5 percent from target was Rp 69.28 trillion.

“Yesterday, we had trouble to reach the target yet we kept trying. And we managed to hit 60 percent. Then until December 15, the budget touched 62.5 percent,” said Heru Budi Hartono, Head of Jakarta Financial and Asset Management Board (BPKAD), at City Hall, Thursday (12/17).

Nevertheless,  Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama is still optimistic to achieve budget absorption target by 75 percent.

Budget Absorption in Seribu Islands Has Reached 45.31 Percent

“Budget surplus (silpa) is predicted to hit Rp 7.5 - Rp 8 trillion,” he expressed.

He stated, mostly budget absorption in each Regional Working Unit (SKPD) is quite high, even though some units remain low.

“In details, those SKPDs have absorbed budget more than 80 percent in several SKPDs. They are Education, Water Management, Bina Marga, Sport and Youth Departments. While the rest units are still under 50 percent, such as Parks Department,” he said.
