Ahead Eid-Ul Fitr, 13th TKD will Be Disbursed Immediately

Ahead of Eid-Ul Fitr, Jakarta Provincial Government will give 13th performance allowance (TKD) to Jakarta Civil Servant (PNS) as the replacement of bonus for Eid Ul-Fitr (THR). The allowances were targeted to be disbursed at 2 weeks before Eid.

Jakarta Secretary (Sekda), Saefullah confirmed the information. Currently, his side still prepares the disbursement process. "Yes, we will disburse it immediately, at least it could be disbursed at 2 weeks before Eid-Ul Fitr," told Saefullah, in City Hall, Thursday (6/25).  

He continued, the 13th allowance amount is same with the TKD that received by PNS each month based on their rank and class."So, PNS would receive salary and allowance which amount is adjusted," he explained. Moreover, the 13th performance allowance is also approved by Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok).

As information, Jakarta Provincial Government is not giving THR to its employees since 2010. The move comes after Jakarta Provincial Government issued a policy of giving TKD every month including THR.

This policy is intended to improving financial management discipline which is in accordance with the Government Regulation No. 58 on Regional Financial Management Guidelines. Therefore, when the THR still delivered, every government agency has its own policy about the allowance.
