Basuki Disbursed City's Deposit Money

Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama acknowledged he has disbursed local treasury deposit. This is because the city administration has accelerated tender process, either through Government Goods and Service Procurement Agency (LKPP) or consolidation tender.
It is conducted in accordance with calculation of unused fund (silpa)
“This is for our money supply, you know tender in the 2016 budget is quickly and then we have to pay down payment (DP) in the contract, etc,” he said, at City Hall, Tuesday (12/29).
He explained local treasury income is projected for 12 months. Thus if half of tender project was finished in January, there would be budget provision.
Treasurer should Be Orderly Depositing Tax“The money has been released on bails first,” he uttered.
Temporarily, the deposit has been disbursed by Rp 600 billion, while the city administration has deposite amounted to Rp 5 trillion.
“Mr. Heru (BPKAD Head) disbursed money around Rp 600 billion. He has deposit supply around Rp 5 trillion. It is conducted in accordance with calculation of unused fund (silpa),” he stated.
