Tourists Monitoring in Seribu Islands Tightened

Monitoring of piers and tourists who will visit Seribu Islands, tightened. The monitoring that conducted by joint officers in Lilin Jaya Operation 2015 aims to avoid unwanted things during New Year celebration.

The officers will check every single tourists' luggage suspected bringing dangerous stuffs, firecrackers and drugs

"The officers will check every single tourists' luggage suspected bringing dangerous stuffs, firecrackers and drugs," said Chief of Seribu Islands Satpol PP, Partono, Wednesday (12/30).

He told, in checking the luggages his side is still coordinating with Army and Police involved directly in security post.

7 Thousand Tourists Targeted to Visit Seribu Islands

"Principally, they'll be checked once they get off of the boat," he asserted.

Previously, as many as 8 security posts had been established in piers especially those crowded by visitors.
