PPSU Officers in Cilincing Sub-District must Be Ready During Floods

To anticipate peak of rainy season at the end of January-February 2016, the Cilincing Sub-District held a readiness ceremony of Public Infrastructure and Facility Handling (PPSU), Thursday (1/21).

In addition to routine communal work, the entire PPSU officers are prepared for the emergency situation during floods.
Cilincing PPSU Personnel Ready to Face Flood DisasterCilincing Sub-District Head, Nana Hadriatna disclosed, in 7 urban villages, there are 490 PPSU officers. They must be prepared for the emergency situation during the peak of the upcoming rainy.
They must be ready to carry out tasks ranging from break down the clogged drain that caused puddles until evacuate flood victim. In fact, in case of evacuation, they must be ready to provide help and serve the victim.
"We held ceremony for the perception and checking the officer readiness. Hopefully, they could work properly when the peak of the rainy happens," he hoped.
