Every headman under West Jakarta Administration is demanded to socialize the Supreme Court Regulation No. 2/2015 on Anticipation of Protracted Case. That means, lawsuit process can be done in a month.
"This dispute lawsuit can be proposed from the West Jakarta District Court for trial. Value that will disputed in the lawsuit less than Rp 200 million and the parties to the dispute must be in one area," disclosed Chairil Fuad, Vice Chairman of West Jakarta District Court, Tuesday (2/2).
Residents who want to propose a lawsuit could process it in the office of West Jakarta District Court. They must fill out a form and pay court costs.
"And then continued with trial schedule. But the lawsuit does not include land dispute and special court lawsuit," he stressed.
