Head of Jakarta Transportation Dept. Andri Yansyah said internal organization is an obstacle of his sub-dept to encourage metromini join with PT Transjakarta.
If the organization/board makes a proposal to LKPP, the other will complain, that is why they are still difficult to pass the requirements
Andri explained, to join in Transjakarta, metromini must pass the requirements in the Government Procurement Regulatory Body (LKPP). Among of them are having permanent office, vehicle pool, finance management and complete organization with AD/ART (rules of association) including administrator list.
"If the organization/board makes a proposal to LKPP, the other will complain, that is why they are still difficult to pass the requirements," he explained, Tuesday (2/2).
Metromini is Urged to Improve FleetsHe ensured would not interfere on internal issues of metromini. However, if metromini does not resolve it, another bus will occupy their trajectory.
"It's an internal problem, no one wants relented, if we give the time, there is no guarantee when they will be peaceful. Later, we send our bus in their trajectory and the matter will disappear by itself," he closed.
