City Prepares Logistic Stock for Disaster Victims

Jakarta Regional Disaster Mitigation Agency (BPBD) has prepared logistic stock to face flood disaster.

“For the initial logistic, is in form of canned food. It is just our anticipation if there is flood until refugee camp set up,”said Head of Jakarta BPBD’s Informatic and Control Section, Bambang Surya Pura, Friday (2/12).

According to him, flood distribution during flood will also be assisted by Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) that prepares volunteer. Its stick is safe, considering BNPB warehouse located in Jakarta.

Several logistics prepared are 144,000 boxes of fast food, 10,6150 kg of rice, 5,000 boxes of instant noodle, 2.000 bottles of soy sauce, 5,355 pieces of vegetable oil, 20,038 boxes of sardine and 15,000 rolls of cookie.

As for the non-food logistics, are 2,000 pieces of house dress, 1,020 pieces of women’s underwear, 1,500 pieces of shirt, 600 pieces of training pant, 510 sheets of mat, 1,085 pieces of bra, 100 pieces of women’s prayer robes, 3,000 pieces of school uniform, 1,500 pieces of school bag, 3,000 pieces of bandage, 475 pieces of pampers, 190 sheets of mattress, 2,500 sheets of striped blanket, 636 pieces of body bag, 32,890 square meters of winding sheet.
