Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama attended the Korean Culture & Art Exhibition at Park Lane 8 Poolside, The Park Lane Jakarta Hotel, Jl Casablanca Kav 19 Jakarta. On that occasion, he revealed that will maintain good relations with the sister city Pyongyang and Jakarta.

Jakarta and Pyongyang are sister city, we must support each other

The event initiated by Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) introduced the DPRK's art and culture products, ranging from painting, porcelain, art and craft, dance, singing, and culinary.

"Jakarta and Pyongyang are sister city, we must support each other. This is very important in a friendship," he stated, Tuesday (2/16).

He promised to do the best for Jakarta as one of the nation's capital in Southeast Asia. He also said, would maintain a relationship between Jakarta and Pyongyang.
