Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat encourages teenagers to actively creating useful applications. He deemed, such step should already be done considering the children nowadays already proficient in using smart phones.

"Besides game, every child must also learn at certain hours to create useful applications," he stated, in front of students of Computer Faculty at the University of Indonesia, Monday (2/22).

To realize it, the city administration plans to form study hours outside school hours to practice the technology owned by children. And study at school and at home must be monitored thus both could run in balance.

"I want to make a system that can monitor where our children should study at 6-8 PM," he uttered.
