Head of Jakarta Asset and Financial Management Body (BPKAD), Heru Budi Hartono, ensured the 2016 City Budget can already be used, even though it is not comprehensive.

According to him, some of the budgets had been used to pay the activities of the regional work units (SKPD). In addition, it is also intended for paying PPSU and freelancer.

"I have signed DPA and SPD for freelancer and PPSU. For capital expenditure, we spent Rp 9 trillion until today, it must be set well," he stated, at City Hall, Tuesday (2/32).

He disclosed, although the budget was disbursed at Rp 9 trillion, SKPS would not face obstacle in running programs. Because, payment from its programs have been paid.

"Water Management Dept has disbursed Rp 1.5 trillion and other depts betwen Rp 200-300 billion. It is used for running their programs," he told.

He furthered, some SKPDs have been summoned to submit data of budget disbursement. They were also asked to propose a budget amount of payment that will use the next disbursement.

"Last Friday, I summoned Water Management Dept, Health Dept, Education Dept, Cleanliness Dept, Park Dept and so on. I asked them to propose the budget required for payments until May. Later in April, they will re-propose to me for June, July, and August," he finished.
