Floating Restaurant to Color Muara Angke

Arrangement in Muara Angke area, North Jakarta is slated to be conducted by Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security Dept. They will build a floating restaurant on the land as wide as 5,000 square meters.  

The concept is people visit to shop fish in Muara Angke and its fish can be processed at the restaurant by spending Rp 20,000 per kg

Head of Fishery Section, Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security Dept, Liliek Litasari said the land will be colored with 30 specialized dealers for grilling fish.

"The concept is people visit to shop fish in Muara Angke and its fish can be processed at the restaurant by spending Rp 20,000 per kg," he expressed, Tuesday (3/1).

Land Subsidence in Muara Angke Reaches 2.14 Meters

She furthered, every kiosk will offer a different concept of grilled fish. With hope, the visitor can come to bring the fishes that have been bought in the market for processed and taste it at the restaurant.

"We provide 100 peddlers of souvenir and otak-otak (steamed fish cake). We also equip them with tables," she told.

For its construction, her department will find companies which want to give corporate social responsibility (CSR). And it is targeted to be complete by the end of 2016.
