Dept. of Transportation Management Unit prepared 70 free school buses. Up to 7.30 PM, the buses were still operated to transport neglected passengers due to strike, Monday (3/14).

70 buses were deployed to transport passengers

Mohammad Insaf, unit head, admitted those buses were deployed at areas without public transport because participate in strike. The areas are Kampung Melayu terminal, Kampung Rambutan, and other terminals.

“70 buses were deployed to transport passengers,” he said, Monday (3/14).

Responding about bus’ route, he added that his side has coordinated with terminal management. The bus would be escorted by police if it is operated again today (Tuesday, 3/15).
