Based on the statement from Sudrajat (38), an eyewitness, the accident started when the victim drove his motorcycle alone from Grogol Market to his house on Jalan Semeru Raya, RT 15/02, Grogol Urban Village.
When the victim passed, the train crossing officer was actually has closed the railway portal because Train 1218 from Kota towards Tangerang was about to pass. Moreover, the officer also had reminded the victim not to cross because the train was near.
