Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purbnama appreciated the implementation of Color of Jakarta 2016. It is hoped, the photo results are not only recorded, but also displayed in Jakarta Smart City.

"I've asked Head of Communication, Informatic and Public Relation Dept) that this is not just book for souvenir for guests from abroad. I want the photos to be displayed in Smart City," he said, on the sidelines of Launching of Color of Jakarta 2016, at City Hall, Wednesday (3/16). 

By so, when Jakarta map is opened by resident, the photo and its location will automatically appear.

"So if resident opens Jakarta map. They will see the photos plus location and its winner. The photo could be a means of comparison of Jakarta condition for several years ahead," he told.

Basuki assessed, it can also be a promotional event. Because Smart City can be accessed by all people.

As known, the event held again starting today. Jakarta residents have been able to send photos and videos, from March-May. As for the winner announcement, will be held in June.

Total prize at the event reached Rp 139 million. There are three judges, namely a senior photographer of Kompas Arbain Rambey, Managing Editor Chip Photo Video Rachmat Kusnadi and Editor in Chief Digital Camera Indonesia Yuliandi Kusuma.
