“We have to take example from advanced countries. They recycle garbage into something useful to boost local revenue,” he said, during socialization of Governor Instruction No. 8/2016 about Self Garbage Management, Wednesday (3/16).

Meanwhile, Syarifudin, South Jakarta Head Sub-dept. of Cleanliness, stated that socialization is responding Bylaw No. 3/2013 about Garbage Management in Jakarta as replacement of Bylaw No. 11/1988.

“It is hoped all urban village and sub-district heads as well as related regional working units would be able to implement the instruction,” he stated.
