Basuki Ready to Reveal Arrangement Strategy in Kalijodo

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama, revealed that he was ready to meet a request of Home Minister, Tjahjo Kumolo to be a speaker related to arrangement strategy in Kalijodo.

On that occasion, Mayor of Surabaya, Tri Risma Harini was also slated to attend and become a speaker with the same topic but in Dolly area in front of mayors all over Indonesia.

"Home Minister says he doesn't want prostitution is rampant like in Kalijodo. I can do it, but still difficult to control prostitution in massage places and hotels," said Basuki, at City Hall, Monday (3/21).

Basuki Asked to Tell How to Eliminate Red-Light in Kalijodo

Previously, he had rejected the minister's request, because to eliminate prostitution is not easy.

"As I said earlier, I can't eliminate prostitution. Because its existence is rampant, such as in apartment and dorm," he said.
