Police Still Steeped in Case of Destruction Against Taxi in Casablanca

Taxi driver is still being questioned. Then for the actor, we are still hunting them

Tebet Sector Police is currently still steeped in case of destruction of a taxi license number B 1043 BTH, in Casablanca area, Tebet, South Jakarta. Allegedly, the destruction was committed by a number of online app-based ojek (motorcycle taxi).

Abdul Rahman, a taxi driver who claimed to be victim, before the incident, he was carrying passengers to City Kasablanka Mall, when being intercepted a motorcycle taxi driver. He was suddenly stopped and accused wanted to join in the demo using sharp weapons.

"When I wanted to drop off my passenger, 12 people suddenly stop my taxi. And yelled me, did you bring weapons? Then I say no, I didn't. I just carry my passenger. But they did not believe me and pulled me forcibly from the car," he expressed, Tuesday (3/22).

Rahman prefers silence to avoid unwanted thing. In addition to damaging the car, the online ojek also nearly beat him.

"They damage my taxi's rearview mirror, engine hood, dashboard and its trunk," he told.

Chief of Tebet Sector Police Detective and Criminal, Iptu Mudiran saidthe police are still steeped in such case. The car has been evacuated at Tebet Sector Police as evidence.

"Taxi driver is still being questioned. Then for the actor, we are still hunting them," he closed.
