Jakarta Vice Governor, Djaort Saiful Hidayat admitted he was disappointed with unoptimal advantage of PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro). With enormous asset, the Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) profit is only Rp 5 billion every year.

He plans to evaluate local company asset belongs to city administration that engaged in property sector.

"We're disappointed. With huge asset, they (PT Jakpro) can only reap Rp 5 billion each year. It's impossible. It must be evaluated and audited," he stated, at City Hall, Thursday (3/31).

He explained, evaluation and audit of asset can explain PT Jakpro performance. So far, they are one of enterprises who often get fund injection from city administration each year.

"It must be audited. We just want to have healthy and professional company," finished Djarot.
