The quick response team under Jakarta Transportation Dept visited Beritajakarta.com's office, which is an official website of Jakarta Provincial Government, on 2nd floor of Block F, City Hall, Wednesday (4/6). 

After getting direction and learning, we hope our team could be more better in responsing public complaints

Such visit, conducted to further refine the team understanding in responsing public complaints, particularly in transportation sector through news at Beritajakarta.com and qlue application.

Jakarta Transportation Dept Head, Andri Yansyah disclosed that his dept was deliberately to visit in order to absorb what the citizens' complaints and applications through Beritajakarta.com and qlue. On that occasion, he asked his ranks to be able to map the issues that had been raised.

"After getting direction and learning, we hope our team could be more better in responsing public complaints," he expressed, Wednesday (4/6).

The team can directly also see public complaints such as illegal parking and so on from news. After conducting controlling, Andri also hoped the officer could report it to Beritajakarta.com.

"Hopefully our visit can give input for the officer," he hoped.

Addition to visit Beritajakarta.com, they also visisted Smart City office on 3rd floor of Block B, City Hall.
