West Jakarta administration held a qlue technical guidance (bimtek) for all regional working units (SKPD/UKPD). It is done to speed up the response of the apparatus to public complaints via qlue application.

"In the meeting, Mayor of West Jakarta, Anas Effendi is disappointed when he saw qlue rank in urban village that is inferior to other regions," said West Jakarta Secretary, Asril Marzuki, Thursday (4/14).

Marzuki disclosed that the mayor had assigned the Assistant Government and the Communication, Informatic and Public Relation Sub-dept to fix the problem with qlue experts of Jakarta Smart City (JSC). 

"Qlue rank in urban village is bad than other regions. The headmen have worked hard to fix their regions in accordance with public complaints via qlue," he told.

West Jakarta Administration Assistant, Denny Ramdany added, Jakarta Governor Basuki T Purnama would summon the headmen regarding such qlue rank.

"If the rank is still the same in one week, the governor will summon the mayors and the headmen," he finished.
