Jakarta Cleanliness Dept Deputy Head, Ali Maulana disclosed, to resolve waste problem, the city administration will build an Intermediate Treatment Facilities (ITF) or waste management site.

It will be built in three locations, such as Sunter, Marunda and Cakung-Cilincing, North Jakarta.
"Perhaps we can start it this year, despite its implementation will fall at the end of this year," he closed.
