Tanjung Priok sub-district keeps intensifying providing waste bank in order to overcome waste problem. Up to April 2016, seven waste banks have been provided in Tanjung Priok sub-district.

Head Section of Cleanliness for Tanjung Priok sub-district, Mumu Mulyana, said five out of seven waste banks are provided by residents, and the other two are provided by sub-district.
“Our waste banks are in Dipo Tonaji and sub-district office,” he said, Monday (4/25).

He hoped all civil servant at Tanjung Priok sub-district would be waste bank client. It means waste volume 320 tons per day in Tanjung Priok could be minimized.
