BPN Certifies 400 Land Plots for JORRW2 Toll Construction

The National Land Agency (BPN) has finally certified 400 plots of land as wide as 10 hectares used for the construction project of Kebon Jeruk-Ulujami Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) W2 Toll in Petukangan Utara Urban Village, South Jakarta.

The certificate is divided into 10 letters. The process has been since August 2013, it only took two months

According to Ambardy Effendy, Head of JORRW2 Land Acquisition Team (TPT), South Jakarta BPN is helpful to speed up the land certification process. “The certificate is divided into 10 letters. The process has been since August 2013, it only took two months,” he stated.

Effendy told that there are still 800 land plots left to be certified. “Overall, there are 1,100 land plots in Kebon Jeruk-Ulujami. We hope West Jakarta BPN could help us quick. As for 21 land plots in Petukangan Selatan which documents are still troubled, those had to be consigned to the court because cannot be paid yet,” he explained.

Land Acquisition for Priok Toll Road Project Stagnated

Regarding construction work, Effendy informed that it is currently being done in Petukangan Selatan to connect the toll to Ulujami, considering the toll part in Ciledug Raya can already be used. “We’re targeting the Petukangan Selatan-Ulujami part to be used by the beginning of July,” he expressed.

The JORRW2 Toll stretches from Kebon Jeruk-Ulujami as long as 7.67 kilometers. The first phase is from Kebon Jeruk-Ciledug as long as 5.6 kilometers, which has been operated since December 27, 2013. As for the second phase from Jalan Ciledug-Ulujami as long as 2.07 kilometers, its construction process has reached 80 percent completion.
