Jakarta Provincial Government threatened not to issue a permit document against companies that have not registered their employees in the Social Security Management Agency (BPJS).

City Secretary, Saefullah disclosed that 4,000 companies have yet to register their employees to the BPJS.
"It has been mandated by law. Each company must obey to provide health care for their employees. Otherwise, the company's licensing documents should not be issued as sanctions," he said, during the agreement between Jakarta government with BPJS, at City Hall Tuesday (5/10).
