AJIB User Dominated By Online Applicant

Head of East Jakarta One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP), Desty Ernaningsih disclosed that the Vehicle Permit Delivery Service (AJIB) officer continues to be prepared to provide the best service to Jakartans. The officer does delivery service from citizen homes to PTSP office or vice versa.

The applicant commonly does the registration via online. After receiving the document, it will be verified in PTSP or BPTSP

To get service, Desty stated residents can contact the call center 1500164. The officer will come home. Then they will bring and deliver documents to the PTSP or BPTSP office. If the permit process is done, the document will be delivered back to the applicant home.

Cemetery Permit can Already Processed via AJIB Service

"This delivery service is free of charge. If you are busy or do not have time, you can contact our call center. We will serve you at that time," she explained, Wednesday (5/11).

According to her, every day, there are approximately 4-5 documents taken by AJIB officer from the applicant homes. Even its existence is also spread in each sub-district with 2 officers.

Meanwhile, Ali Rahmat (33), one of East Jakarta PTSP AJIB officers expressed that the applicant mostly processes the Company Registration (TDP) for micro company and Trade Business Permit (SIUP), Doctor Practice Permit (SIP) in hospital and Disorder Law (UUG)

"The applicant commonly does the registration via online. After receiving the document, it will be verified in PTSP or BPTSP," he closed.
