Basuki Wants Students to Have High Ideals

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama reviews the national exam that held in State Elementary School (SD) Petojo Utara and Santa Maria, Gambir, Central Jakarta, Monday (5/16) morning. 

The future must be there, as long as we work hard, be honest, and it will guarantee you success

Basuki said students should focus on the exam thus they can pass the exam and continue to a higher level, SMP.

"I hope you (students) could pass the exam and study in favorite school. If you get Jakarta Smart Card (KJP), you will automatically continue and do not need to make a report or register," he disclosed, at SDN 03, Gambir, Monday (5/16).

151,687 Students Ready to Sit for (US/M BD)

He stressed all children in Jakarta must go to school. He also asks the students to immediately report to the teacher if they have friends or neighbors who cannot go to school.

"Every teacher must monitor students well, instead of silent," he expressed.

He reminds students to study hard and serious, as well as must have high ideals. "The future must be there, as long as we work hard, be honest, and it will guarantee you success," he closed.
