Entrepreneur Should Develop Business Outside City

Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat asks the entrepreneur to see the prospects for developing businesses outside Jakarta. It is aimed for equitable development in areas outside Jakarta.

Every year, the land can decrease 10 centimeters every year. It can be re-increased, because its load is heavy. This is what they have to do

"The entrepreneurs, developers do not only focus on Jakarta, but also Banten thus equitable development can be realized. If it is only in Jakarta, our city will get messy," he disclosed, while opening the event of Grand Design Green Building Workshop, at City Hall, Wednesday (5/18).

According to him, the continuous development in Jakarta could cause land subsidence of 10 centimeters per year.

Natives Entrepreneurs Must Unite

"Every year, the land can decrease 10 centimeters every year. It can be re-increased, because its load is heavy. This is what they have to do. Don't always the entrepreneurs think over of their business," he stated.

Due to land subsidence, he added, can bring bad impact for Jakartans. It is ensured citizens will be increasingly difficult to get water. Underground structure may also be disrupted.
