20 Traditional Markets Participate 2016 FJGS

As many as 20 traditional markets will participate the 2016 Jakarta Great Sale Festival (FJGS). The number of participant is higher compared to last year.
Cheap bazaar will be also held selling cheap staple foods
Adi Ariantara, Jakarta Head of Economy Bureau, said traditional market under PD Pasar Jaya management keeps being added to participate the festival. Visitors need to enjoy the whole event fully.
“Last year, there were only 10 markets,” he said, Wednesday (5/18).
Djarot Targets Traditional Market Integrated with the FlatAccording to him, those markets will prepare cheap staple foods. It means discount will be given not only in modern but also traditional market.
“Cheap bazaar will be also held selling cheap staple foods,” he added.
Those 20 markets are UPB Glodok, UPB Tomang Barat, Pasar Mayestik, UPB Jatinegara, UPB Perumnas, UPB Pasar Minggu, UPB Kramatjati, Pasar Grogol, Pasar Sunter Podomoro, and Pasar Rawa Badak.
Next are Pasar Gondangdia, Pasar Palmerah Pasar Johar Baru, Pasar Kelapa Gading, Pasar Pademangan, Pasar Cibubur, Pasar Cijantung, Pasar Pondok Labu, Pasar Lenteng Agung, and Pasar Pos Pengumben.
The event is held from June 3 to July 17.
