Jakarta CPNS Must Undergo Diklat Prajabatan

Jakarta Education and Training Agency (Diklat) is holding the education and training for civil servant candidate (CPNS) in order to improve their quality.
They (CPNS) must undergo training that will be running for one year and Prajabatan Diklat which is one of requirements to be a civil servant
Head of Jakarta Diklat Agency, Budihastuti disclosed that the training is the requirement as a CPNS.

It is also compliance with the law no. 5/2014 on State Civil Apparatus article 63-64. As for diklat material emphasis on developing internalization of the basic values of the State Civil Apparatus in form of accountability, Nationalism, Pubic Ethics, Commitment to Quality and Anti-Corruption, or commonly known as the values of ANEKA.
Not only for CPNS, such diklat agency is also for Prajabatan Diklat for CPNS Class II and III under the city administration.
Even, since 2015, the diklat agency also prepares local content in the form of Character-Building and Training of Goods/Services including Expert Certification Test for Goods/Services Procurement Policy Institution (LKPP).
"In fact, the graduation rates reach more than 20 percent, thus besides passing CPNS the Diklat Prajabatan can also produce worker of Government Goods and Services Procurement," he finished.
