E-Samsat will Be Launched on City's Anniversary

The city administration is going to launch an e-Samsat, which will coincide with the city 489th's anniversary, which falls on June 22.

Deputy Head of Jakarta Tax Service Dept, Edi Sumantri disclosed that there is a delay in the process of e-Samsat launching. Because from the City Police Traffic Unit Directorate, still object to the ratification process after the payment.

 

Basuki Launches 489th Jakarta Anniversary

After studying e-Samsat in West Java, there was an agreement between City Police Traffic Unit Directorate with Jakarta DPP. "Dated on June 1, we have visited to Traffic Unit Directorate, and had a positive result. So we will launch e-Samsat on June 22," he stated, during executive meeting, at City Hall, Monday (6/6).

There have been eight banks cooperate in this program, namely Bank DKI, Bank Mandiri, BRI, BCA, Bank Danamon, Bank CIMB Niaga, May Bank and Bank BTN. "The system can already be used by people, despite it is not yet launched," he told.

There are three ways that can be used to pay the Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB). They are through pajakonline.go.id, application on smart telephone and ATM. "Payment receipt is a proof equated with STNK manual validation," he disclosed.
